He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Ciszczon and Florence Ciszczon (Kolany); his siblings, Kenneth Ciszczon and Donna Hurley; his siblings-in-law, Karen Ciszczon and Lewis Youngs; and his mother-in-law Dolores Gruenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ciszczon of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; his siblings, Thaddeus Ciszczon Jr. of Bolingbrook, IL and Kathleen Youngs of Mundelein, IL; his sister-in-law Barbara Ciszczon of Schaumburg, IL; and his father-in-law Donald Gruenberg of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name at UW Cancer Center at Aspirus Riverview Hospital.
