Deacon James L. Landry Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deacon James L. Landry of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Landry and Esther Landry (Martens); his stepmother Lillian Landry; his siblings, Jack Landry (Patricia) and Mary Ann Glaser (George); and his brother-in-law John Carey.
He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Landry; his children, Dave Landry (Pam), Greg Landry (MK Guth) and Michele Matthai (Steve); his grandchildren, Natalie, Aidan, Grant, Claire Matthai and Joshua Landry; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Carey, Marilyn Palzkill (Bill) and Coletta Demuth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:20 AM at the St. Philip Catholic Church (6957 Grotto Ave, Rudolph, WI 54475). Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jim's name to St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
