He is survived by: his wife Colleen June Donegan; his daughters, Mary Zelich (Steven), Lori Devine (Daniel) and Amy Slattery (Victor); his grandchildren, Benjamin Kostyn (Winter), Aaron Slattery (Candace), Nicole Wilson (Jay), Patrick Slattery (Cassandra), Andrew Devine, Kristi Devine and Maxwell Zelich (Brianna); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ruby Kostyn, Chance, Everli and Marko; his sister-in-law Cathleen Pavloski; his nieces and nephews, Becky Preuss (John), Mike Haas (Michele), Nick Haas (Tina), Peggy Crowe (Michael), Julie Hanneman (Jim) and Jeanie Smith (Gary); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sienna, Claire, Jared, Jenna, Faith, Michael, Ryan, Matthew and Sam.
