She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester LeMay and Sophia LeMay (Johnson); her husband Norm Sering; her son-in-law Dennis Taschner; her siblings, Agnes Knuth, Lillian Enerson, Dorothy Crotteau, Irene Gross Steinke, James LeMay, Clarence "Chet" LeMay, Chester "Fizzer" LeMay and Kenneth LeMay; and her parents-in-law, Leo and Irene Sering.
She is survived by: her children, Patrice Taschner (Jerry Herman) and Al Sering (Christina); her grandchildren, Kara Taschner, Ross Taschner, Ryan Sering and Matthew Sering; her sisters, Marie LeMay and June Tomczyk (Dennis "Kelly"); and her siblings-in-law, Donald "Bud" Crotteau, Hans Enerson, Wayne Sering (Shirley), Darwin Sering (Ardena), Mary LeMay and Carol LeMay. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
