He is survived by: his former wife Anna Marie Henke; his wife Ann; his children, Michael Boehm (Jen), Paul Boehm (Rachel) and Carey Boehm (Jerry Bizjak); his grandchildren, Anthara, Airika, Finn, Adella and Knox; and his siblings, James Boehm (Elaine), Lana Whitrock, Gary Boehm, Barbara Haubenstricker, Pete Boehm (Terry), Randy Boehm (Judy), Tim Boehm (Jodi) and Tami Irwin (Tom).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Dan's family for future interests.
