He is survived by: his wife Annie; his children, Jonathon, Lori (Dan), Scott, Jeff, Todd (Gerry) and Connie; and his grandchildren, Jessica (Sirena), Jennifer (Josh), Jeff Jr. (Nikki), Haley, Josh, Joe and Katie (Colton).
