He is survived by: his children, Debra Maier, Tom Maier, Rome, Patrice Maier and Wis; his grandchildren, Sierra Frank and Wis; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Tessmer (Louise), James Tessmer (Kathleen), Nathan Bruce of Milton, WI, David Bishop of Hendersonville, NC, Nancy Tippery (Ken) and Sharon Studinski (Gerald).
