He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mancil and A. Evelyn Mancil (Neumann); his stepmother Alice Mancil (Kronstedt); his sisters, Carol Van Alstine, Leta Batson and Laura Mancil; his daughter Teresa Mancil; and his niece Amy Mancil.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Baker and Roger Mancil (Kathleen); his stepsister Marilyn Letherdt; and his children, Stacie Tolle (Chad) and Tony Roberts (Alyssa). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
