He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his daughter Charmain Smith; his sister-in-law Mildred Brown; his grandchildren, Scott, Matthew (Sami), Charles, David Jr and Annabelle; his brothers, Leonard and Donald; and also, Nekoosa and Wausau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
