It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Placek (Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin), born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Dave; her children, Vicki Bey (Roche Rossier) and Mark Placek (Lori) of Wis; her grandchildren, Ashley Ostrum (Matt), Brandon Bey and Steven Placek (Holly Zwicke); and her great grandchildren, Arianna Ostrum of Wis, Aliya Ostrum of Wis and Korbyn Ostrum of Wis.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the South Wood County Humane Society in Carols name would be appreciated.
