He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Kadlec and Caroline Kadlec (Teteak); his daughter Jennifer Apfel; and his siblings, Ardis Colling, Dolores Brickner, Betty Makos, Wayne Kadlec (Lorraine) and Calvin Kadlec (Karen).
He is survived by: his wife Annie Kadlec (Ferkovich); and his daughters, Kristine Kadlec, Barbara Karpinski and Judy Zielke. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
