She was predeceased by: her parents, John Banaszynski and Agnes Banaszynski (Perz). She is survived by: her husband Norbert J. Kubisiak; her children, Patrick Kubisiak (Jean) of Ripon, WI, Paul Kubisiak (Pam) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Tim Kubisiak (Karen) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Susan Balke of Oconomowoc, WI and Jane Zernhelt (Frank) of San Antonio, TX; and her sister Margaret (Jim). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be designated to St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
