She is survived by: her children, Diana Schoenholz (Mike) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Patti Miller of West Allis, WI and Dwight Faultersack of Nekoosa, WI; her grandchildren, Dr. Jeffrey Willems (Valerie), Julie Miller and Kelly Faultersack; and her siblings, Gary Urban of Plainfield, WI, Gerald Urban of Georgia, Roy Urban of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Mary Gear. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
