We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2021, at the age of 91, Betty Hoekstra of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, born in Bancroft, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ostrander and Bessie Ostrander (Hutchinson); her daughters, Cheryl Hoekstra and Joni Jelinski; her granddaughter Jamie Jelinski; and her sisters, Birdine and Sandy.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Hoekstra; her daughter Richelle Hoekstra-Anderson (John Anderson) of Wisconsin Rapids; her grandchildren, Hillary Anderson (Jordan Driessen) of Appleton, Bethany Anderson of Austin, TX, Jessica Lloyd (Josh) of Almond and Jeffery Jelinski of Wisconsin Rapids; her siblings, John Ostrander of Rockford, IL, Margie Petrie of Rockford, IL and Lorraine Butler of Childersburg, AL; her son-in-law Conrad Jelinski; and her pet Max. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
