It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bette J. Rasmussen of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kroll and Pearl Kroll (Ferguson); her husband James L. Rasmussen; her son Douglas Rasmussen; her granddaughter Alicia Hurtjen; and her sisters, Joy LaFrance (Russell) and Doris Berg (Gordon).
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Rasmussen (Patricia) of Wisconsin Rapids, Jeffrey Rasmussen (Laura) of Plover and Dennis Rasmussen (Barbara) of Altoona; her granddaughters, Kali Hietpas (Michael), Amy Rasmussen and Leticia Willier (Jeff); and her great grandchild Dru Nicolet. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Immanuel Lutheran Church and School.
