He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Tyjeski and Margaret Tyjeski (Hass); and his son Kevin Tyjeski. He is survived by: his wife Irma Mathews; his children, Gene Tyjeski, Darnell Tyjeski (Mary), Bradley Tyjeski (Christy) and Allison Schmidt (David); his daughter-in-law Patricia Tyjeski; his grandchildren, Justin Tyjeski (Rebecca), Abby Wright (Trey), Ben Tyjeski (Michael), Megan Jarchow (Michael), Claire Moll (Eli), Lauren Schmidt, Nico Tyjeski and Andres Tyjeski; and his great grandchildren, Theodore Tyjeski, Tanner Tyjeski, Jozef Jarchow and Peter Jarchow.
