He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Winters and Hilda Winters (Alnes); his brother-in-law Edward Hresil; and his nephew John Hresil. He is survived by: his wife Emily Winters; his daughters, Terri Powell (Frank), Amy Graber (Dan) and Patrice Morgan (Rick); his grandchildren, Mike, Lizzy, Jenna Powell, Rick and Katie Morgan; and his sister Gwen Hresil. He is also survived by two sister-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
