It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Carroll of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Mary Oudenhoven (DeDecker) and Theodore'Dick'Cornelius Oudenhoven; her brother Richard Oudenhoven; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Michael, Charles of Rancho Mirage, CA, Scott (Denise) of Grand Haven, MI, Jeffrey (Becky) of Charlotte, NC and Peter (Lisa) of Stillwater, MN; and also Sue Vasko of Toledo, OH.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
