With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Avid A. Cumberland of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 26, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cumberland and Ione Cumberland; his former wife Karen Cumberland (Knoll); his brothers, Keith and Royce Cumberland; and his nephew Jamie Cumberland.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cumberland (Knoll); his children, Brian Cumberland (April), Rachel Warren (Mike) and Kenneth Cumberland (Coco); his stepdaughters, Dawn Petersen, Donna Johnson and Denise Petersen; his grandchildren, Katelyn Cumberland, Matthew Cumberland, Andrew Cumberland, Abygail Trager, Logan Trager and Emily Trager; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Chatfield, Lucas Chatfield, Zachary Johnson (Alynah) and Nicholle Johnson.
The family would like to thank the Covid Unit at Aspirus Wausau Hospital for their tender care; and the DaVita dialysis staff in Wausau for their many years he was a patient there.
