He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Payne and Helen Payne (Shaw); his former wife Jana Sue Leach; his daughter Kristin Payne; his siblings, Ellen Brahmstedt (Marv), Robert Payne, Ken Payne (Becky), Rose Schroer, Cheryl Payne, Gloria Dye and Theresa Downs (Paul); and his sister-in-law Kyong Payne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
