He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ert and Faith Van Ert (Eneas); his wife Betty Lou Miller; his daughter Toni Lynn; his siblings, Harold Jr., John, William, Mable, Magdalene, Terry, Franny, Karlene and Kathlene; and his in-laws, Chet and Dorothy Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Chrissy Van Ert; his granddaughter Kortney Veitengruber (Kyle); his pets, Maddie and Jager; his brother Joe Van Ert; and also, Joan and John Barton.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Herman-Taylor Funeral Home (2201 Chestnut St, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
