She is survived by: her sister Shirley; her spouse Dan Hendrickson; her sons, Kurt Hendrickson (Marcia) of Madison, Eric Hendrickson (Jackie) of Waupaca and Dave Hendrickson (Daniel Sonnenfeld) of San Francisco; her grandchildren, Lisa Jondle Tim (Brett), Tom Wyngaard, Tyler Hendrickson (Lindsey) and Kristen Hendrickson (Ethan Stark); and her great grandchildren, Caleb Jondle, Brynn Jondle, Calvin Wyngaard, Greyson Hendrickson, Alex Dinga, Dick Hendrickson and Rietta Hendrickson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Opportunity Development Center and the First English Lutheran Youth Group will be established in Annette's name.
