Smekrud of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, born in Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Reddel and Elanor Reddel (Crane); her husband Harvey Smekrud; her daughter Heidi; and her brother Robert.
She is survived by: her sons, Jon Smekrud (Pam) of Hampshire, IL and Mark (Amy); her son-in-law Manson Morris of Minocqua, WI; and her grandchildren, Adam, Ryan Smekrud, Erin, Kacey, Megan Smekrud, Ben and Kara Morris.
Memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church or School.
