He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Firkus and Theresa Firkus Montgomery (Buza); his daughters, Traci Anne Firkus and Kimberly Anne Firkus; his stepfather Joseph Montgomery; and his nephew Benjamin Duane Betro.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Davis-Firkus; and his siblings, Roger Firkus (Diane) of Iola, WI, Jack Firkus (Linda) of Stevens Point, WI, Shirley Hogrefe (Richard Rader) of Plainfield, WI, Janeen Groshek of Williamsville, NY and Nicole Peplinski (Matthew) of Watertown, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Allen's name to South Wood County Humane Society for cats.
