He is survived by: his parents, Randy Provost and Jane Provost (Tremmel); his sons, Remmington Provost and Dexter Provost; his friend Andrea Zellner; his grandfather Dale Tremmel; and his aunts and uncles, Lee Tremmel (Godmother Diane), John Tremmel, Lyn Ruder (Godfather John), Pam Rosenthal (Gary), Peggy, Julie Helmer (Steve), Cindy Hamm (Mike) and Dawn Stahl (Brian). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
