He is survived by: his wife Shirley Theisen (Holmquist) of Wisconsin Dells, WI; his children, Terri of Atlanta, GA, Michael of Phoenix, AZ, Joe (Stacy) of Cottage Grove, WI, Suzanne Gentleman (Dave) of Tulsa, OK and Kathleen of Danbury, CT; his grandsons, Matt of Atlanta, GA and Shane (Nikki) of Cottage Grove, WI; his great grandchildren, Kayson and Rylee Jo; his brothers, Mark of Montello, WI and Carroll (Nancy) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Sonya Holmquist-Pappas (Nicholas) of Edmund, OK, Sharon Lobenstein (Joseph) of Carlton, OR, Janet Meoni (Frank) of Henderson, NV, Randy Theisen (Dawn), David Theisen, Paul Theisen (Vicki), Dana Johnson (Charlie), Neil Theisen (Kandy), Jack, Jody Kort (John), Jason Theisen (Barb), Joel Theisen (Ann), Greg Theisen (RoseMary) and Melissa Theisen. He is also survived by grandnieces and grandnephew, other relatives, and friends.
