He is survived by: his wife Jill Zerfass; his children, Ryan Poppenga, Janet Bare (Wendall), Kathie Marshall (Terry) and Karen Wimann (Dean); and his sister Marlene Cesaretti. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
