He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Horkan and Gertrude Horkan (Howley); his brother Marty; his brother-in-law Bob Welch; his in-laws, Dick and Shirley Meister; and his siblings-in-law, Ardie Meister, Bill Van Wie, Richard Lucke and Cliff Wolfram.
He is survived by: his wife Marshia Meister; his children, Peter and Kelli Clussman (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Emma and Thomas Clussman; his sister Mary Welch; his uncle Bob Howley; his siblings-in-law, Chip Meister (Kristi), Paula Van Wie, Leah Luckin (Rod), Tiernee Paquin (Jim), Rickie Ahlich (Bill), Shelly Pugh (Jim), Kelli Fish (Pat) and Elizabeth Wolfram; and his caregiver Crystal. He is also survived by numerous niece and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Our Lady of the Dells Knights of Columbus Council 4392 are appreciated.
