He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Sullivan and Thomas Kurtz; his son Colton Kurtz; his grandparents, Diane, Joe Sullivan and Karen Rubert; his brothers, Bradly Sullivan and Trevon Barrett; the mother of his child Marisol Delacruz; his aunt Tracy Kjell (Trent); and his uncle Joey Sullivan.
