He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah Ione Rhinehart (Byers); his wife Judith Ann Rhinehart (Sicard); his father Kenneth Rhinehart; his siblings, George Rhinehart and Carol Babcock; and his siblings-in-law, Nick Babcock, Clara, Ernelle and Cathleen Rhinehart.
He is survived by: his brothers, Chris Rhinehart of Adams, WI and Kenneth Rhinehart (Jerry); his sister-in-law Linda Rhinehart of Trego, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Babcock (Kim), Dan Babcock (Ellen), Kristy Huber (Joe), Mike Babcock (Tori), Rhonda Babcock (Gary Henningsen), David Rhinehart (Julie), Connie Frymark (Ron), Andy Rhinehart (Cathy) and Michelle Rhinehart-Friedli. He is also survived by many great-nephews, nieces, and cousins.
