He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sr. Foster and Blanche Foster (Skirven); and his sisters, Marilyn Severson (Lawrence), Catherine Borcher (Arnold) and Suzanne Willard.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Mae Mitchell; his daughters, Lori Ann Sies (David), Michelle Marie Metcalfe (Brian) and Melanie Kay Foster; his granddaughters, Katherine "Katie" Davy (Edwin) and Briana Faber (Jacob); and his great grandchild Everleigh Mae Davy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kenneth's name can be given to Holy Cross Episcopal Church and the American Legion.
