She was predeceased by: her parents, Ole Solberg and Amanda Solberg (Olsen); her sister Beverly Galoff; and her brother-in-law Freeman Galoff. She is survived by: her son Jason Effinger (Regine "Charlie"); her brother Wallace Solberg; and her grandchildren, Maxwell, Lillian, Mara and Anya.
In lieu of flowers, memorials of remembrance in her name can be given to the Kilbourne Public Library and the Columbia County Humane Society.
