He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Szymusiak and Karolina Szymusiak (Fraczek); his wife Maria Tylka; and his grandsons, Daniel and David.
He is survived by: his children, Stanley Szymusiak (Helen), Mary Maniak (Lukasz) of Wisconsin Dells, Anna Ciezczak (Walter) and Bernice Ciezobka (Christopher) of Hickory Hills, Illinois; and his sister Bernice Koenig. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
