He is survived by: his wife Terry Elizabeth Noel of Winter, WI; his children, Chad Prudik (Stephanie) of Milwaukee, WI and Randi Lenzing (Josh Johnson); his grandchildren, Lucas, Suellen and Myles of Waupaca, WI; his brother Johnny Prudik of Bristol, WI; his son-in-law Jeremy Lenzing of Genoa City, WI; his niece Desiree Merza (Nabil) of Carpentersville, IL; his nephew Ralph Cianciarulo (Vicki) of Trinidad, CO; and his great-niece Julie Siegler (Mike) of Genoa City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
