She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Saja and Sophie Saja (Roszkowski); her husband Frank Lembke; her brothers, Joseph and Stanley Saja; and her brother-in-law Donald Schwartz.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Tribble of Winter, WI, Jeffrey Braun (Peggy), NJ and Vickie Burt (Ralph) of Winter, WI; her sisters, Louise Schwartz of San Diego, CA and Roberta Schwartz of San Andreas, CA; and her pets, Brandy and Willow. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
