She is survived by: her children, Elmer Simon (Toni) of Kingman, AZ, Linda Stulc of Winter, WI, Jeff Simon (Annie) of Addison, IL, Laurie Simon of Winter, WI and Mary Simon of Winter, WI; her grandchildren, Samantha Craig, Matthew Simon (Kayla), Jeff Simon Jr. and Dan Simon; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Jadyn and Corbin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
