He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles A Peters III and Ingeborg A Peters; his wife Karen Renee Herndon; his brothers-in-law, Pepe', Kash and Robert; his siblings, Diane, Charles IV, Duane, Michelle and Jennifer; and his mother-in-law Barb. He was also cherished by extended family and wonderful friends.
