He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Heizler and Martha Heizler (Vojtech); his brother Art Heizler; and his nephew Arthur "Arty" Heizler, Jr.. He is survived by: his former wife Constance Eitel; his wife Connie; his son Mark (Donna); his grandchildren, Krista Everson, Karen Mattes and Mark A. Heizler; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Lillian, Madelyn, Ella and Jack.
John is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Art Heizler; and nephew, Arthur "Arty" Heizler, Jr. Due to COVID-19, the family is not planning a service at this time.
