He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Johnson of Winter, WI and Tracy Bujniewicz of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Mitchell Johnson and Madison Johnson; and his siblings, Frank Martin Cesal (Laura) and Frances Demars. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
