He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Blair and Margaret Blair (Lemon); his son Kevin; and his grandson Kevin Michael. He is survived by: his wife Susan Jurecki; his children, Sandra Blair-Kasch (Jerry Kasch), Garry Blair (Amy), Brian Blair (Deb), Lori Blair-Hill (Robert Hill) and Carmen Blair-Wesser (Justin Wesser); his grandchildren, Jenilee, Sheri, Tandra of Calvin, Clint, Albert, Megan, Alicia, Nikki, Savannah, Jasmine, Mikayla, Deven, Cuinn, Ariana, Robert, Sophia, Elaina and Madeline; and his great grandchildren, Kylah, Mireya and Vienna. He is also survived by six children, twenty grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
