He is survived by: his girlfriend Judi Yerkes; his son Michael Maggard; his grandsons, Glaicius Maggard and Fenris Wolf Fortun; his goddaughter Alissa Mortenson; his sister Connie Leckel; his nieces and nephews, Jeanie, Jennifer, James, Crystal Kerner (Fortun), Audrey McBriar (Fortun) and Andrea Smith (Fortun); his great-nieces, Stephanie and Kristen Rush; his brother Greg Fortun; his brother Bradley Fortun; his nephew Luke Fortun; his cousins, Shirley Long, Bruce Hatlan, Kathleen Shear, Kathryn Anderson Michelle Salter, Mike Lang, Dean Fortun, Georgia "Bink" Fortun, Marty Fortun, Marla Fortun-Dopson and Rocky Fortun; his aunt Ronda Fortun; his close friends, Todd and Sue Brady of New York; and also Aric Strenke. He is also survived by other Nieces and Nephews.
