He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Lisa Washburn; his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Robert Gorski; his nephew Mark Gorski; and his siblings-in-law, Neal Spoor and Mary Ellen Spoor.
He is survived by: his former wife Judith Spoor; his wife Judith Washburn (Spoor) of Winneconne; his children, Theresa Neitzke (Kevin) of Port Aransas, Texas, Linda Borree (Timothy) of New London and Joseph Washburn of Oshkosh; his grandchildren, Alexander Ristow (Nani), Zachary Ristow, Kayla Borree and Spc; his stepgranddaughter Lindsie Steele; his great grandchild Lakai Ristow of Lexington Ristow; his stepgreat-granddaughter Peyton Steele; and his brother-in-law Lyle Spoor (Irene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be given to the cancer foundation for mesothelioma.
