He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Mary; his brothers, James, William, Charles and Thomas; his granddaughter Hayley Plummer; his nephew Ned Plummer; and his son-in-law Eric Binns.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary M. (Schuster) and Earl M. Plummer; his children, Bonnie Belanger, Polly Mottonen (Mark), Elizabeth Binns of Columbus, OH, Linda Gross (Jay), Mike Plummer (Ruth) of Winneconne, WI and Katie Plummer of Sheboygan, WI.; his grandchildren, Maria (Andre), Alex (Laurel), Will, Miles, Anna, Meghan, Max, Jack and Riley; his great grandchild Cecilia Grace; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Belanger (Diane), Greta, Carol Plummer and Verla Plummer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to an endowment fund set up for the benefit of maintaining the Skeleton Bridge School.
