He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Billington and Elmer Billington; and his nephew Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his siblings, Barbara Meton (Harold) and Ronnie; his children, Tammy (Dan), Theresa, Heather and Scott; and his stepdaughters, Becky (Darren) and Lori. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and so many wonderful friends.
