She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Johnson and Virginia Johnson (Gast); her husband Richard "Jake" Jacob; her brother Paul Johnson; her brother-in-law Stephen Cox; and her stepgranddaughter Christina Ross.
She is survived by: her sisters, Susan Cox and Sally Johnson; her stepchildren, Rick Jacob (Lori) and Cindy Ross (Bob); and her stepgrandchildren, Craig Jacob (Rachel), Philip Jacob (Jen) and Kasey Bailey (Bryan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
