She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Ratliff and Vadney Ratliff (Coleman); her spouse Cletis Easterling; her sister DonReeda Rowe (Ratliff); her parents-in-law, Manton and Lillian Easterling; and her siblings-in-law, Theodore Rowe, William C King and Pauline King (Easterling).
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Van Cuick; her son-in-law Brian Van Cuick of New London, WI; her granddaughter Kelsey Van Cuick of New London, WI; her nephew Kermit Rowe (Nancy) of South Vienna, OH; and her great-nephew Aaron Rowe (Kailee). She is also survived by several cousins and many special friends.
Due to the state COVID mandate, masks are highly recommended and will be available at the funeral home.
