He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Goska and Loretta Goska; his wife Marilyn Jean Goska; his daughter Gina Rheintgen; and his siblings, Francis Goska (Evie) and Louis Lawniczak (Pete).

He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Angela Goska) and Robert Goska (Kimberly Szpiech); his son-in-law Michael Rheintgen; his grandsons, Andrew, Adam and Alex Goska; and his brother Ronald Goska (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
