He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis and Ingaborg; and his siblings, Virginia, George and Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Erhardt of Racine; his sons, Robert Stephans (Leann) and Bryan Stephans (Liz); his grandchildren, Paige and Lacey; his siblings, Harvey, Dan (Karen), Richard (Roxy) and Cheryl Schmidt (Vern); and his sister-in-law Priscilla. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be made to Lord of the Lakes Lutheran Church, Winneconne and Larsen-Winchester Lions Club.
