He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Pavlak and Elvira Pavlak (Schroeder); his son Wayne Pavlak; and his grandson Craig Neuman. He is survived by: his children, David Pavlak of Oshkosh, Alan Pavlak of Oshkosh and Beverly Neuman (Roy) of Winneconne; his daughter-in-law Melissa Pavlak of Butte; his grandchildren, Brett Pavlak of Oshkosh, Sabrina Pavlak of Oshkosh, Jon Rahmlow, Jenna Pavlak of Oshkosh, Travis Neuman (Joanna) of Omro, Christopher Neuman of Winneconne, Nicholas Neuman (Angela) of Oshkosh, Amber Pavlak of Oshkosh, Joshua Pavlak (Kayla) of Oshkosh and Cody Pavlak (Taylor) of Winneconne; and his siblings, Vernon Pavlak of Neenah, Chuck Pavlak (Linda) of Oshkosh, Ron Pavlak (Jean) of Winchester, Robert Pavlak (Lana) of Neenah, Bea Zirbel (Lloyd) of Larsen, Barb Griesbach (Mike) of Hortonville and Shirley Van Horn of Green Bay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
