He was predeceased by: his parents, John Petrack and Celia Petrack (Schneider); his wife Shirley M. Emerson; his children, Anna Marie, Mary Jane, Timothy James, Jeffrey Jerome and Brian Joel Petrack; his brother Jerome Petrack; and his brother-in-law Jack Ronning.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Petrack (Laura), David Petrack (Susie) and Greg Petrack (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jon Petrack (Lydia), Jennifer Krenz (Kyle), Justin Petrack (Mindy), Lindsay Elias (Pete), Karen Yates (Arron) and Shannon Trewyn (Kyle); his sisters, Marion Jarecki (John), Carol Ronning and Sandy Barkei (Tom); and his close friend Arlene Robl. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
